EXCELLENT Based on 118 reviews Posted on Nina15 September 2025Verified It was a treat to stay here, where my friend and I each had our own room. The house was so comfortable. It was well furnished with everything necessary and was filled with art It was a relief to not be in the middle of the St Ives tourist center. Tip: Unless you are super fit, take a taxi (about L5) from the train station when you first arrive as it's on a hill. You'll be fine walking from then on.Posted on Teresa7 September 2025Verified Perfect location for a visit to St Ives. the accommodation was lovely, with a bonus of some welcome treat. communication was great between us and the flexibility with arrival times was perfect for us. Would highly recommend Pats Place.Posted on Ian31 August 2025Verified For a family who enjoy being near the surfing beach at Porthmeor, near the town and require easy access to parking, Pats Place was a very good choice. The house itself was also suitable for a family of 4. We had a great holiday so I would recommend Pats Place to others.Posted on Sarah17 August 2025Verified Great house, brilliant location to beach's and restaurants. Had a great week in St IvesPosted on Anna10 August 2025Verified Lovely stay at Pat’s Place in beautiful St Ives. Plenty of room for 5 of us and lovely welcome hamper. Would stay again!Posted on Leigh5 August 2025Verified Pats place was a roomy and comfortable place to stay for our 10 days. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Everything was clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and we had good nights sleep. Earbuds are recommended if you are a light sleeper, due to seagulls! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. There was a nice dining room separate to the lounge and all in all, it was a great space. Everything was walkable in st ives meaning we hardly used the car. Both Su and Phil were very good hosts. They were responsive and really helpful. I’d recommend Pats place to any family looking for a local place to stay in St. IvesPosted on Dana21 July 2025Verified Tolle, grosszügige Unterkunft für unsere 5-köpfige Familie. Sehr sauber. Hosts are very friendly and flexible and quick to respond.Posted on Sangeetha11 July 2025Verified The hosue is in a great location close to most things in st.ives. 5 of us stayed at the place, it was comfortable for all of us. The hosts have a file with instructions, recommendations which came very handy for us to plan our trip around. They had left some treats for us when we checked in which was a cheery on the cake. The hosts are very responsive and the house is kept so well. We loved every bit in St ives xx
